Love the extra details like the flags lowering with each race to show the winner and the spinning coins! Highly recommend! Regular cars work, but we'll be collecting more, as it only comes with Mario. The only downside is you really have smack the 'launching mushrooms' or the cars will fall off the track. And it has a push point making the tracks easy to separate for storage.
My son loves cars and Mario, so this is the perfect mash-up! And the details are so cute! It's flexible, but sturdy so I'm not worried about it breaking. Our first true race was fun once we figured out the correct hit pressure. The set only comes with one car so we tested other Hot Wheels until we found some to work. The mushrooms are sort of hard for a younger person to adequately hit to project the car. It requires 2 people to carry however, due to its flexibility. This is a really great idea! It looks really cool and fun. I would highly recommend this toy for age labeled on the package. They incorporated Real life game into this track setup, they brought other hotwheels cars to the track and mario characters.
My 7yr twin boys found hours of entertainment racing against each other and solo. This Toy inspires conversations and develop motor skills/hand coordination. I Personally feel that the stickers were not Labeld Cleary to which area to apply once setup completed.
Quick to assemble but instructions could be Numerical marked. This Product was received as part of the Mattel Play, Rate & Review. We even added other hot wheel cars to the race. This product looked and performed excellent. When I gave the Mario Kart Circuit track to my grandson he was so excited to begin set up.which was pretty easy. If you are looking for something fun for a wide range of kids to enjoy playing with I would definitely recommend this for your family. The 3 year old even helped us put it together and raced one of his brothers. The instructions were clear and we had no issues putting it together at all. We had to purchase extra cars as it only came with one so we couldn't race them right out of the box. They all love this track set so much and have insisted I let them keep it up all the time. They are 12 years old, 9 years old and 8 years old. We got this a few weeks ago for my boys to play with. I would highly recommend this product if your kiddo is a lover of hot wheels. It comes with an adorable little Mario car. The pieces are very well made, very durable. It was quite bigger than what I was anticipating. This toy was a great addition to our other hot wheels toys. My nephew on the other hand loves hot wheels and will play with it when he comes to visit. My 7 year old daughter was not a big fan of it lost likely because it’s for boys. The only issue is that with 2 people playing one has to basically reach over the track to hit the launcher. Both my 3 year old and 10 year old played with this for hours! They love playing Mario Kart so this was a fun way for them to play without being on electronics.
